The more natural the ingredients, the better the cake will be. For decoration perhaps fresh flowers on a white chocolate butter cream cake with Bavarian chocolate filling, lovingly created by a master confectioner?
In Italy it’s traditional for the bakers to create the wedding cake at the reception, typically a pastry cake with crème patissiere covered in fresh berries. Should we even mention rich chocolate cake with fresh raspberry filling, under a blanket of ganache?
